Unilever Annual Meetings : Shareholders Approve All Resolutions
07/03/2003 : Rotterdam, 7 May - Unilever shareholders today approved all resolutions put to the annual general meetings in Rotterdam and London
All continuing directors stood for election and were duly re-elected. These were:
Antony Burgmans, Niall FitzGerald, Clive Butler, Patrick Cescau, Keki Dadiseth, André van Heemstra, Rudy Markham and Charles Strauss.
Charles Shoemate and Frits Fentener van Vlissingen stood down as Advisory Directors.
